We are seeking a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) based in the Philippines to lead and enhance our digital marketing efforts. This is a part-time role ideal for an experienced marketing professional currently working in a marketing agency in a similar capacity (preferably for an Australian Firm)
The ideal candidate will have a proven strategic marketing leadership track record, with expertise in managing digital campaigns, optimising performance, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive growth. Beyond digital marketing, the candidate will also be tasked with building and nurturing a high-performing marketing team over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a marketing team to scale efforts as needed.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Proven experience as a CMO or in a senior marketing role within an agency.
- Strong background in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in multiple channels.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From Php60,000.00 per month
