Work Setup: Onsite; Location: Sheridan Business Center, Mandaluyong
Work Schedule: Dayshift
Duration: 5 to 13 months; Start Date: November 2024 / December 2024
Summary:
To provide service to business by processing requests sent to appropriate queues/avenues while delivering high-quality service and assistance.
Qualifications:

• Insurance Industry and/or BPO experience is not required but preferred.
• Good computer skills especially MS Word and Excel.
• Able to communicate ideas well.
• At least 3 months to 1-year experience in Data Entry
• Open for Fresh Graduates to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Process requests according to business requirements.
• Assist with the creation of records in relevant UW and workflow systems.
• Assist with updating financial systems as per documents received.
• Respond to business on the necessary information in order to proceed with the request.
• Provide policy documents as requested.
• Attend training requirements. Complete and pass training certification as needed.
• Assist with urgent requests as necessary where completion is within the day or earlier.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term, Temporary
Pay: Up to Php18,000.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
