Overview
SOS is an Australian-owned BPO with branches in Makati and Cavite, looking to hire a Content Marketing Specialist to join the pioneering team in the Philippines for our client, a multinational Digital Agency. The successful candidates must be willing to work onsite.
Responsibilities:
Use your exceptional content marketing and copywriting skills to:
○ Create engaging copy for various ad formats
○ Collaborate on new campaign and ad concepts and messaging
○ Contribute your expertise to new content strategies and execute the tactics
○ Write and edit long form content including blogs, e DMs, media releases and
collateral
○ Create SEO driven content that gets results for a range of different brands in
various industries
○ Evolve and develop tone of voice guidelines for new and existing accounts
○ Make recommendations on how to get the most out of each piece of content
by breaking it down and sharing it across channels
● Put your data hat on, and geek out by:
○ Owning monthly reporting on content marketing tactics for a range of clients
○ Look for ways to improve and streamline reporting
○ Confidently communicating insights, learnings, and recommendations,
speaking to the positives and negatives of each published piece of content
○ Making data-driven decisions with a test and learn mindset, a little A/B
testing goes a long way!
This role is for someone who wants:

Qualifications:
● 2 years experience in a marketing content or communications role
● Prior experience within an agency environment
● A strong work ethic driven by creative passion, positive energy and thrives on challenges
● Organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet
tight deadlines
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented
mindset
● Ability to communicate (written and verbal) at all levels (executives, business and
technology leadership, project teams, peers)
● Exceptional attention to detail
● Self-starter in daily tasks; works well independently and as part of the team
● Strong experience and understanding of SEO content is not a must but would be helpful!
● Full time onsite work at Makati office
