Job Description:

• Prepare, cook, and plate food for catering events according to menu specifications.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, meeting strict deadlines for events.
• Collaborate with the catering team to plan menus and develop new recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Preferably holds a degree related to food and beverage.
• Proven experience as a cook, ideally in a catering or restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
