Maintain excellent dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, up-selling desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses, assisting in event ingress and egress and serving at events.

• Greet guests and presents them with the menu.
• Assist guest with table reservation.
• Inform guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any
• Suggest food and beverages to the guest and also try to upsell
• Take food and beverage orders from the guest on the order taking pads
• Accepting payments and returning the change
• Make sure to enter the special requirements made by the guest while ordering the food.
• Communicate to the guest and provide assistance with their queries
• Serve food and beverage to the guest as per the course of order
• Observes guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service
• Promptly respond to guest with any additional request
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently
• Understands and can communicate products and services available
• Assist with stocking and maintaining the restaurant par stock levels and side station
• Responsible for clearing, collecting and returning food and beverage items to proper area
• Filling in for absent staff as needed
• Complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc
• Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor
• Handle and process payments
• Disburse, receive and log petty cash
• Monitor and maintain updated inventory report
• Ensure accurate recording and report variances to management
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Interact with customers, answer inquiries, offer promotions, resolve issues and foster client satisfaction.
• Special projects as directed.
• Other duties as required.

Pay: Php520.00 - Php600.00 per day
