Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Answer customer questions about products, services, and store policies.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Provide accurate change and receipts.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Cash Handling:
- Accurately count and verify cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Properly handle and secure cash, credit card receipts, and other valuables.
- Follow established cash handling procedures and security protocols.
- Inventory & Stock:
- Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized cash register area.
- Report any discrepancies or low stock levels to the supervisor.
- Compliance:
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, dress code, and customer service standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Other Duties:
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisors, such as stocking shelves, assisting with promotions, or helping with customer inquiries.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent math skills and ability to handle cash accurately.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [Weight Limit] pounds.
- Previous experience in a retail environment.
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and cash registers.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
