Are you a passionate coffee enthusiast looking to join an exciting and rapidly growing company? Jollibee Group, the leading fast food chain in the Philippines, is seeking an experienced Barista to join their team at their pioneering store in Taguig City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing
  • Preparing and serving a wide range of coffee and specialty beverage orders to our customers with speed, accuracy and exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring the coffee and beverage station is well-stocked, clean and organised at all times
  • Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers to enhance their drink experience
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety practices
  • Assisting the team with other service and operational duties as required
What we're looking for
  • At least 1-2 years' experience as a Barista or in a similar customer-facing coffee/beverage role
  • A passion for coffee and a strong understanding of coffee and beverage preparation techniques
  • Latte art experience is a must
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a friendly, efficient and welcoming experience
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
  • A positive, enthusiastic and collaborative team player
