Bar Manager (for expat candidates)

• Base pay (to be determined by Managing Partners) depending on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
1) Bar Operations & Inventory Management
2) Ensure smooth daily bar operations, including product preparation and service standards.
3) Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels, placing timely orders to prevent shortages.
4) Oversee compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
5) Sales Growth & KPI Management
a) Set, monitor, and achieve sales and profitability targets.
b) Develop promotions, upselling strategies, and menu enhancements to boost revenue.
c) Analyze bar performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
6) Team Leadership & Development
a) Train, mentor, and inspire bar staff to deliver top-notch service.
b) Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify opportunities for skill improvement.
c) Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
7) Guest Experience Excellence
a) Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by ensuring quality service and consistent beverage
offerings.
b) Actively engage with patrons to build rapport and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
8) Creative Input & Brand Alignment
a) Work closely with the culinary and marketing teams to develop innovative beverage menus that
align with Company's brand.
b) Stay updated on industry trends and integrate them into the bar's offerings.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-volume, premium establishment.
● Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar management systems.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
● KPI-driven with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
● Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Sales & Revenue Growth: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
2. Cost Control: Maintain beverage cost percentages within predefined limits.
3. Customer Satisfaction: Achieve high guest satisfaction scores based on feedback and reviews.
4. Staff Performance: Low turnover rates and high engagement scores among bar staff.
5. Operational Efficiency: Minimal wastage and seamless stock management.

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
