Job Summary:
As a Banking Operations Specialist at Carmudi Philippines, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the company's banking and financial operations. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions. You will work closely with other teams, such as the finance and accounting departments, to ensure smooth operations and compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and oversee daily banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payment processing.
• Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper records of all transactions and ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
• Manage company bank accounts, including reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate records.
• Liaise with banking institutions to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts.
• Assist in monthly bank reconciliations to ensure that all bank statements align with company financial records.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of financial transactions, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure that banking operations comply with applicable regulations, laws, and internal controls.
• Support efforts to minimize financial risk by maintaining secure and accurate banking processes.
• Work with the finance team to monitor and enforce internal auditing processes.
• Assist with inquiries and resolve any banking-related concerns from customers or internal teams.
• Provide support in cases of disputes or transactions requiring further investigation.
• Coordinate with the finance and accounting teams to streamline banking operations and optimize processes.
• Maintain updated records of banking documentation, contracts, and related financial paperwork.
• Provide general administrative support related to banking and financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in banking operations, financial services, or accounting.
• Experience with financial software and banking tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
