ADMINISTRATOR (TRAINING AND REGISTRATION-TEMPORARY)

Our semiconductor test division delivers solutions to developers and manufacturers of a broad range of integrated circuits. Devices tested by Teradyne are used in computing, communications, consumer, automotive, identification, and internet applications.


Duties / Essential Functions:

• Create training class schedules.
• Assist for customers with training class registration.
• Prepare the training class sign-up sheet.
• Update monitoring files for registration and legal compliance.
• Generate the report of new orders in the Credit Bank.
• Prepare and distribute training certificates via mail or email.

Business Days: 5 days including holidays
Monday to Friday (24hours x5 days a week)


Basic Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
• Must be keen on details.
• Demonstrate excellent workload management skills.
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office package (Word and Excel).
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule, including night shift.
