Position Overview:
An established primary care practice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their team. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care services.
• Conduct physical exams, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients on preventative care, treatment options, and health management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with practice standards.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary Plus Incentives: Total compensation range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, including bonus opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited PA or NP program.
