• Knowledge and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
• Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand with a current annual practicing certificate
• Sound nursing knowledge and experience in medical and surgical nursing specialties, experience in orthopaedics would be an asset, however, training will be given to the right person
• Demonstrate the ability to manage a caseload of patients with complex health needs
• Be hardworking and a team player
• Be available to work rostered hours
• Have an interest in seeking professional development opportunities
• Be eligible to live and work in New Zealand
