HEB Construction is a dynamic and innovative leader in the construction of New Zealand's Infrastructure. We are involved with a variety of projects from road construction and maintenance through to earthworks, drainage, marine works, and major projects of national significance.
We are looking to fill this busy role with a superstar who can support the day-to-day operations of our HR team and advise / support managers in making informed decisions. You will be someone who can really multitask and manage different tasks and priorities whilst building good relationships with our current and prospective employees, our managers and supervisors as well as external suppliers.
This role provides support and advice to managers for all aspects HR from recruitment and selection, employment relations, learning and development, policy and procedures, reward, coaching, performance management and project work as required. We aim to work together to increase efficiency in everything we do.
About you
You will have 3-5 years experience in HR; you may have a couple of years experience as an HR Advisor or you may be an HR Coordinator ready to take the next step! You will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline.
