¿Qué hace un Supervisor de Producción?
Supervisa la ejecución, verificación y corrección del programa de elaboración de tequila, bebidas RTD, RTS y Licores, Graneles y Tratamiento de Efluente, para asegurar su cumplimiento de acuerdo con los objetivos planteados en la planeación estratégica de la compañía. Gestionar inventarios de insumos.

Acerca de ti
Debes ser Lic. Ingeniero Químico, Ingeniero Industrial, Ingeniería en Industrias Alimentarias o carrera a fin, com experiencia de 1 año en Proceso de Elaboración de Tequila.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Organizar y supervisar diariamente las actividades de las áreas de Producción a su cargo siguiendo los procedimientos e instructivos establecidos.
Generar reportes, diaria y semanalmente, de los resultados obtenidos en las áreas a su cargo.
Generar estadísticos de control de proceso de variables críticas de las áreas a su cargo.
Ejecutar el programa semanal de producción de tequila y bebidas RTD, RTS y Licores y reportar cualquier desviación a su jefe inmediato.
Asegurar que el personal desarrolle sus labores con las medidas de seguridad establecidas.
Supervisar el seguimiento de órdenes de trabajo a los requerimientos de mantenimiento para el equipo de operación.
Generar reportes de balances ante el CRT para el área de patio, fermentación y destilación.
Captura de KPI’s y KAI’s en las plataformas correspondientes.
Asegurar la ejecución del programa de Verificación y Calibración de DSM de las áreas a su cargo.
Crear órdenes de compra de materiales y suministros para asegurar la continuidad del proceso.
Generar reporte semanal de nómina de personal a su cargo.
Gestionar correctamente el uso, manejo, transporte y almacenamiento de inventarios de insumos para bebidas RTD, RTS y Licores e informar cualquier riesgo relacionado a su jefe inmediato.
Gestionar entrega de muestras de áreas a su cargo al Laboratorio y la recepción de resultados correspondientes en tiempo y forma.
Gestionar entrega en tiempo y forma de lotes de bebidas RTD, RTS y Licores a Envasado o Co-packer según corresponda.
Participación en los pilares de BOS DDS, CL, CIL y SMED.
Gestionar apertura y cierre en tiempo y forma de ordenes de proceso en SAP de bebidas RTD, RTS y Licores
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Balances de Materia.
Liderazgo y manejo de personal.
Resolución de conflictos.
Organización y administración del tiempo.
Manejo de instrumentos y equipos de Laboratorio

Buen conocimiento de trabajo en equipo, buena comunicación además de ser bueno planeando y organizando.
