We are a Canadian call center dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service experiences, and we’re seeking talented individuals to join our growing team.

Our back-office agent shall provide the Services via chat, text/SMS and email channels.

Responsabilities

• Engage with customers through email and chat to provide swift, accurate solutions.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude to ensure a top-notch customer experience.
• Accurately log and document customer interactions and resolutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively resolve inquiries.
• Manage Calls, Chat and emails solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries on the first call, with customer satisfaction as your primary goal.
• Build relationships with customers and engage them by going the extra mile.
• Strong customer experience skill set.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good energy.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a back office.
• Effective communication skills and a professional approach.
• Proficiency in using computers, Windows, Outlook, and MS Office.
• Advanced English skills.
