Job Description

• Upload and update new products or variation into the shop and platform assigned with correctinformation needed.
• Ensure inventory is sync for new product or variation in all shops and platforms.
• Inspect , verify and record returned parcels.
• Return and refund checking in all online shops established.
• Record defect or packaging issue reported by customer.
• Create and complete Return Order for product returned.
• Update marketing initiative ; voucher, discount promotion and chat broadcast in all online shops established.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirement

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication in English & Malay.
• 6 days working per week including Sunday
• Weekend-Duty Allowance - RM 60.00/month
