RESPONSIBILITY
Traffic Management Planning and Implementation:

• Develop, reivew and implement traffic management plans (TMP) compliance with CIDB and local authority.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors and local authorities to establish effective traffic control measure at construction sites.
• Monitor traffic diversions, lane closures and signage placement to follow required standards.

Site Safety and Compliance:

• Conduct regular inspections of traffic control setups to ensure safety of worker, pedestrians and motorists.
• Ensure all traffic management activities comply with CIDB regulations, Malaysia Traffic Laws and project specific.

Incident Management and Reporting:

• Respond to traffic-related incidents or emergencies on construction sites.
• Prepare incident reports and recommending preventive measure to relevant authorities and stakeholders.

Communication (Stakeholder and Public):

• Able to communicate effectively with local authorities to coordinate traffic flow and resolve issue.
• Prepare clear instruction TMP implementation.
• Assist in disseminating information regarding construction activities affecting traffic and handle complaints /concerns related to traffic disruptions.

Data Collection and Reporting:

• Analyze traffic data from construction sites to improve TMP efficiency.
• Prepare report on traffic management activites and site perfomance.
• Performing any other ad hoc duties as required.
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as and when required or instructed.

REQUIREMENT

• 1 years’ experience in Engineering / Utility Services or relevant fields.
• Candidate must possess at least Sijil/Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or CIDB certificate of TMO.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
• Must be able to work under pressure and willing to learn.
• Good communication & correspondence skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 is add advantage.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
