Sales & Service Engineer

- Proven experience in sales, particularly in an outdoor or field-based role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, able to communicate in Mandarin are advantage
- High school Diploma or equivalent; a Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to adapt to various environments and weather conditions.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport.
- Able to read understand and explain mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic drawings.
- Able to perform hands on service for our machines.
- Daily interaction with customers via significant amount of telephone calls and on-site visit
- Look for new business opportunities with current customer and current industrial or penetrate new business opportunities in current market
- Promote Sell, Service and system to new and potential customers/ industries
- Developing and coordinating both commercial and technical proposals
- Liaise with customers and engineers on technical clarifications, commercial negotiates the terms and conditions of the contracts
- Perform health checks, troubleshooting and technical service activity.
- To attend and perform training and commissioning service.
- Meet and exceed given sales target and goals
- Proactively establish relationships with business partners and understand how partners expect you to support them; building a joint set of qualification criteria
- Involve and support marketing campaign such as trade show, presentation, exhibition, demonstration, seminar etc organized by company
- Conduct background reading, interview, business analysis of prospect
- Post sales service and support and maintain relationship with client
- Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales and assigned sales report (Key Customer Visit Report, Weekly/Monthly Report, Sales Forecast etc.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
