1. Customer Relationship Management

• To build rapport and professional relationships with key customers including surgeons, oncologists, nurses and NGOs
• To act as the product champion by providing customers and patients with the right solution promptly
• To perform after-sales support and technical assistance in the usage of products sold to the end users
• Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction

2. Sales Target

• Achieve sales and distribution targets monthly and yearly
• To grow the business potential in both breast care and chemocare
• Identify business opportunities, formulate account strategies and ensure effective implementation of action plan
• To ensure sales activities are being documented, sales reports are to be kept updated
• Regular updates on the floating clinic
• Participate in events and support teamwork activities to achieve marketing goals

3. Education Awareness and Support

• To conduct Continuous Medical Education (CME) to various healthcare professionals with the assistance from marketing team
• To conduct presentations to potential customers when required including social department in the hospitals
• To raise product awareness via various cancer awareness campaigns with hospital and NGO support groups including Look Good Feel Better and Can-Care Wellness Program

4. Product Detailing

• Responsible for conducting product detailing to surgical and oncology doctors and nurses
• Responsible for conducting user training on Paxman (Scalp Cooling) and other devices as assigned

5. Patient Care and Fitting

• To provide clinical consultation and fitting services for patients in the hospitals and in Can-Care’s outlet whenever necessary
• To support patient treatment in solving product-related queries and to provide solutions
• To conduct floating clinics on designated days in hospitals to generate higher patient leads
• Assist in ad-hoc matters.

Requirement

• Possess a Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Sales / Marketing or equivalent qualification
• Candidates with minimum 1 year experience in Sales & Marketing are encouraged to apply.
• Confident, able to work independently after undergoing training, willing to travel when needed & self-motivated.
• Computer literate with good communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Possess own transport with valid driving license.
• This position is based in Melaka (preferably) and covering Negeri Sembilan, Melaka and East Malaysia sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
