Project Coordinator / Business Support Executive

- Responsible for day to day business functions and project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents
- To manage fixed assets and keep track of key details of company’s property
- Responsible for the project procurement process and coordinate the logistic arrangement for goods delivery and receipt
- Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time
- Schedule stakeholder meetings, prepare and maintain project document and reports
- Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
- Candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- Required skills : Microsoft Word/ Microsoft Excel
- Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, and/or Mandarin
- Fast learner with positive attitude
- Able to work independently
- 1 year of working experience is preferable, however, fresh graduate is welcomed to apply
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
