1. HR Strategy Development This includes workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
2. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews and making hiring shortlisting decisions. Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce. Manage Foreign worker and expatriate recruitment, including new applications, work permits.
3. Employee Relations Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conflicts and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee morale and engagement.
Manage Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibilities programs.
4.Performance Management Implement performance management processes, including goal setting on timelines, performance reviews, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans. Recognize and reward high performers and provide support to employees who need development. Job Descriptions are to be reviewed and updated.
5. Training and Development Identifying training needs, developing training programs, and coordinating training sessions to enhance employees' skills and knowledge. Support career development and succession planning initiatives. Onboarding training and orientation programs.
6. Compensation and Benefits Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Process Payroll and ensure the accuracy of payroll data. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
7. HR Policies and Compliance Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and employee handbook. Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations and ethical standards. Keep abreast of HR trends and best practices.
8. HR Analytics and Reporting Compile HR metrics and data; generate HR reports and analytics for management; analyse trends and insights to make data-driven HR decisions, identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
9. Employee Wellness and Safety Promote employee wellness programs, ensure workplace health & safety compliance and conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.
10. HR Technology and System Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR software. Implement and optimize HR technology solutions.
Requirements:-
- Proven work experience for 5 years and above as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, including coaching, mentoring and performance evaluation. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. High level of professionalism, integrity and ethical conduct in all HR and administrative activities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, executives and external stakeholders. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin Positive attitude, willing to learn, and a strong team player.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
