We expect your daily job tasks cover as follows:
Conceptualization and Design:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints.
• Create innovative and functional interior design concepts that align with the client's objectives.
• Develop mood boards, sketches, 2D/3D renderings, and other design presentations to communicate ideas effectively.
• Source all necessary materials, on time and on budget.

Client Interaction:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, regular updates, and addressing client concerns.
• Present design proposals and updates to clients, incorporating their feedback into the design process.
• Assist clients in determining their style preferences based on budget and timeline.

Team Management:

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, helping them develop their skills and grow in their roles.
• Coordinate with project teams, including architects, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
• Required Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese would be an advantage
• Proficiency in design software (Auto CAD, Sketch Up, 3D modeling, 3ds Max, Corona, Coohom and Adobe Photoshop), Canva, spreadsheet, and email skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, furniture, and fixtures.
• Keen awareness of ergonomic, space and room flow
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Able to take direction and both positive and negative feedback.
