Job Description:

• Supervise the operation and maintenance of construction machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Manage machinery deployment, ensuring efficient use to meet project deadlines and requirements.
• Lead and train a team of machinery operators and technicians, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and performance reports.
• Prepare and present reports using Word, PPT, Excel, and CAD to ensure effective communication with management and other departments.
• Identify and resolve machinery-related issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring project continuity.

Required Qualifications:

• Solid experience managing construction machinery, with a strong understanding of machinery operations and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT, and CAD for reporting and planning.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with project stakeholders.
• Responsible, proactive, able to work under pressure, and eager to learn and take on new challenges.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin, essential for communication with Chinese institutions and for operating equipment featuring Mandarin interfaces.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
