Job Description

• Key Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring strong collaboration and satisfaction while driving sales performance.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account strategies tailored to client needs and company objectives.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate meaningful connections with key stakeholders, both at HQ and retail levels, to strengthen partnerships and foster loyalty.
• Sales Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless execution of client campaigns and promotions.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, account metrics, and market trends to recommend improvement strategies.
• Market Insights: Stay ahead of market dynamics and competitor activities to seize new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Credit Management: Oversee credit terms and payment collections, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding balances.
• Ad-hoc Projects: Take on special projects and assignments to support the team and company goals.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and a growth mindset are key to success.
• Minimum qualification: SPM or higher education.
• At least 1 year of experience in FMCG, preferably with exposure to account management.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Possession of own transport is required.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
