Admin Assistant

  • Responsible to apply new and renewal of Licenses (Premise License and Trading License).
  • Apply utilities for new outlets (electricity and water).
  • Responsible to liaise with HQ for FOSIM certificate for new outlets and renewal.
  • Arrange flight tickets and accommodation.
  • Courier service – to send out document.
  • Manage office supplies (stationery and pantry).
  • Keep track of utility bills for outlets (electricity and water) to avoid disconnection.
  • Issue PO related to Administration dept purchases.
  • Involve in projects/new outlets (Tenancy Agreement/Layout plan)
  • Liaise with Landlords
  • Apply and liaise with provider for unifi installation.
  • Arrange new and existing (for renewal) for Fire Extinguisher & Pest control
  • Any ad hoc duties
Requirements:
  • Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able work in an organized manner
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office especially in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Words
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
