- Responsible to apply new and renewal of Licenses (Premise License and Trading License).
- Apply utilities for new outlets (electricity and water).
- Responsible to liaise with HQ for FOSIM certificate for new outlets and renewal.
- Arrange flight tickets and accommodation.
- Courier service – to send out document.
- Manage office supplies (stationery and pantry).
- Keep track of utility bills for outlets (electricity and water) to avoid disconnection.
- Issue PO related to Administration dept purchases.
- Involve in projects/new outlets (Tenancy Agreement/Layout plan)
- Liaise with Landlords
- Apply and liaise with provider for unifi installation.
- Arrange new and existing (for renewal) for Fire Extinguisher & Pest control
- Any ad hoc duties
- Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able work in an organized manner
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office especially in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Words
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
