Responsibilities

• Work with key accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, and to ensure satisfaction
• Serve as primary day-to-day relation with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contact
• To build and maintain strong, long lasting costumer relationship in order to increase sales and their loyalty
• To work closely with product team and develop your IT knowledge by attending training class.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, any major or equivalent experience
• 2 years of proven success in client management
• Familiarity with sales performance metrics
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
• Able to work as a team, independent, and must fast learner
• Have experience in sales and business development within the IT industry properly
• Full time, Kuala Lumpur placement
