Your role
We’re looking for a Product Owner of our Transfer Agency Solution and Services to:
This role is for the legal employer UBS Fund Administration Services (Luxembourg) S.A.
- Support the “Lead Product Owner” for the product vision, the backlog prioritization and the roadmap of our new Transfer Agency Platform that will be helping us to meet our strategic growth ambitions of our Asset Servicing Delivery Organization
- deeply understand the needs of the Transfer Agency Team, translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize epics and user stories in the backlog, accordingly, effectively communicating these to the provider or development team and to achieve business goals.
- own the entire product lifecycle covering the definition of the TA Solution vision, contribution to the business case, gathering requirements, selection, implementation, test, and transition.
- ensure sustainability of solution implementation to help deliver lasting change.
- be overall responsible for creating impactful change to our clients and stakeholders through the delivery of a Transfer Agency Solution, while ensuring the high quality and compliance of the product with risk and security policies
- mitigate impediments to the team’s goals, align across pods and with crew leads and act as your pod’s ambassadors towards internal stakeholders and clients.
- motivate and energize pod members and contribute to their growth and well-being.

Your team
In our agile operating model for Asset Servicing Development our platform owners for the Transfer Agency Solution are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling needs of clients and stakeholders along the Fund Admin value chain. Typically, a Product Owner is accountable for one or several products. You’ll be working in the Product Owner TA team in Luxembourg focusing on the entire lifecycle of the future-state product for Transfer Agency.
Your expertise
- industry experience in Transfer Agency of at least 6 years.
- sound knowledge of transfer agent processes along the value chain
- working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership (such as performing product owner role in a scrum team)
- delivering complex products to clients, ideally within the financial industry, in particular in the Transfer Agent services domain.
- setting outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results)
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field
- Certified Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) or similar agile methodology certification
