The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for the following:
The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for the following:
- Process, verify, and book supplier invoices in SAP, and prepare them for payment and rebilling.
- Investigate invoice discrepancies and maintain up-to-date supplier accounts and statements.
- Handle invoice-related queries and ensure supplier master data is current.
- Support line manager with ad-hoc projects related to department responsibilities.
- Attend training courses to maintain professional knowledge.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- Secondary technical education, accomplished apprenticeship, or equivalent, with previous experience in a similar position.
- General accounting knowledge is required. The candidate should be team-focused, able to work autonomously, take responsibility, and work accurately.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required. French and German will be considered as an advantage.
- Advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) is required. Knowledge of SAP Vendor invoice management will be considered as an advantage.
