Being a key member of the Athlon’s Be Lux Operations team and sharing the responsibility for developing the operational strategy, the team’s goal setting and the implementation of initiatives to achieve our business objectives. It is within reach with this full-time job as branch manager in Windhof Luxembourg(Hybrid). We are Operations within Athlon. Getting you there.
Your road to success
You will report directly to the COO Be Lux and besides the responsibility for an optimal functioning of our core lease operations you will also be Athlon’s first point of contact on the Luxembourg market for all our partners (dealers, repairers and other partners like road assistance & Mobiz). Key elements of your role are service excellence, optimizing our network strategy, efficiency and revenue optimization. You can do this as a branch manager with full focus on:

Your road to success

- managing and helping the team that is responsible for the administrative aspects of all active lease contracts, ensuring seamless oversight and compliance.
- overseeing the entire order and delivery process to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Coaching and helping the rental administration for the external fleet, keeping accurate records and streamlining logistics.
- providing essential support to the Be Ne Lux Remarketing team, contributing to effective asset management and resale efforts.
- supporting the Be Ne Lux procurement team, helping to optimize purchasing activities and supply chain operations.
- being responsible for the facilities management of the Luxembourg office, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and efficient workspace.

- bachelor’s level working and thinking ability.
- good knowledge of the leasing and automotive business and their operational processes, especially for the Luxembourg market.

- gross yearly salary up to €72.247,50 ,- (incl. 13th month).
- contribution-free pension.
- potential bonus up to 10% of your annual salary including 13th month (the bonus is 100% based on Mercedes-Benz company results).
