About this opportunity:
Join our dynamic team as a Support Coordinator at Ericsson to ensure efficient and timely customer support. In this role, you will assist in managing, administering, and configuring customer support tools, as well as reporting on performance metrics. For Hardware Services, Support Coordinator is responsible for collection of transactional data and reports for material costs Invoicing/allocation, data validation, and other business support related tasks. Your contribution to Hardware Material Management will be instrumental in achieving our operational goals.

What you will do:

• Support Hardware Service operation including spare parts inventory management, spare parts sales support, external vendor handling and export control tasks.
• Secure and validate transactional data and reports for hardware cost allocation.
• and prepare finance report.
• Support the demand handling and deployment of Customer Support tools.
• Provide internal and external tools training as per demand.
• Write and communicate CS bulletins and newsletters, ensuring the adherence of local organization to the processes.
• Monitor process compliance, coordinate necessary training, and contribute to enhancement of operational process execution.
• Trigger support contract renegotiation or renewal as per contract management process.

Required experience and skills:

• Minimum 6 years of administration/ management experience.
• Native level of Japanese.
• Business level of English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in telecom industry.
