We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for a major construction firm. You will lead the development of a major integrated resort. The project is set to finish in 2029.

業務内容
- 設計と施工の指導：大阪におけるリゾートプロジェクトの設計と実行を指導します。
- プロジェクトスコープの管理：設計、施工、家具がプロジェクトのニーズを満たすように監督します。
- 建築および設計計画のレビュー
- 建築家、デザイナー、その他のコンサルタントとの協力
- プロジェクトの進捗に関する詳細な報告書の作成
- プロジェクト予算とスケジュールの管理
- 現地視察と会議の企画および主導；プロジェクトの円滑な進行を確保します。
応募資格
- 大規模建設プロジェクトの管理経験
- 設計および施工プロセスに関する深い理解
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップスキル
- 大阪への日帰り出張が可能な方（全費用支給）
