About the Team / チームについて
Asia-Pacific (APAC) Procurement Team handles all employee procurement-related matters in the APAC area.

APAC調達チームは主に、日本、韓国、の全調達業務を行っております。

Responsibilities / 業務内容
1. Focus on Marketing services category including but not limited to OOH, Digital Marketing, Event, Celebrities' categories. As partner of the internal stakeholders to drive a RFP to select qualified supplier to support business needs and purchasing and issue resolutions in other categories (Back Office Services) including IT, Temp Staff, outsourcing, facility, etc.
2. Supplier management: including annual supplier performance review and re negotiate the rate card.
3. Promotion of PR-Contract-PO-Payment series of practice management and operational efficiency in procurement operations
4. Planning and execution of strategic purchases (market research, supplier segmentation, bidding, price and contract terms negotiation, SRM)
5. Continuous provision of purchasing value to internal stakeholders
6. Build strategic cooperation with suppliers

1. 当社は、OOH、デジタル マーケティング、イベント、有名人のカテゴリを含むがこれらに限定されないマーケティング サービスのカテゴリに重点を置いています。社内関係者と協力してRFPを推進し、IT、派遣スタッフ、アウトソーシング、施設などの他のカテゴリ(バックオフィスサービス)でのビジネスニーズと購入および問題解決をサポートする適格なサプライヤーを選択します。
2. サプライヤー管理: 年次サプライヤー業績レビューと料金スケジュールの再交渉が含まれます。
3. 調達業務における実践管理と業務効率化のPR-Contract-PO-Paymentの推進
4. 戦略的購入の計画と実行(市場調査、サプライヤーセグメンテーション、入札、価格および契約条件交渉、SRM)
5. 内部ステークホルダーへの継続的な購買価値の提供
6. サプライヤーとの戦略的協力関係の構築

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications / 応募条件
1. This role will be Japan based
2. Prior relevant procurement experience
3. Those who have experience in managing and producing results from project launch to completion by themselves
4. Data analysis skills (ability to identify specific issues from data related to purchasing operations and create proposals)
5. Logical thinking skills (ability to persuade based on evidence and numbers without judging by feeling)

3. Those who have a professional awareness of their own responsibilities
