Your Role
We are looking for a Digital Training Specialist with a focus on ours Learning Management System worldwide. You will report directly to the Training Director and become part of the Technogym University team, our Corporate University responsible for Company Culture spreading, individual competences assessment and training and development activities.
The role is based in our HQ in Cesena, Italy.
Your Impact
- Responsible for designing and maintaining our LMS on Success Factor
- Create e-learning courses and tests (Scorm)
- Define learning plan and multiple level certification paths
- Enrich our digital training offering with contents, videos and materials from various sources consistently with the Technogym University training priorities and the Technogym culture
- Interact with our international HR team within our subsidiaries and distributor partner network and support the digital implementation of our annual Performance Appraisal project and the individual development plans
- Monitor and improve KPI's effectiveness, e-learning courses and on-line test compliance with dedicated reports available by using our e-learning platform (Success Factors)
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have good time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication capabilities, attitude towards training deliveries and presentation.
What you should bring:
- University Degree preferably in IT and Communication; E-learning and Media Education
- 3-5 yrs of experience
- Experience in B2B and B2C business, digital, or entertainment is a plus
- Ability to analyze, design, and create e-learning courses (Scorm)
- Languages: fluency in Italian and English. Any other language is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

Knowledge of LMS platforms (preferably Success Factors).
