A few examples of your responsibilities

Help us build a world-class sales organization from the ground up. With your contributions, we’ll establish a B2B sales team that becomes the industry benchmark for performance, challenging biases about what a sales team looks like and what it can achieve.
Lead direct client acquisition. Actively reach out to prospective clients and drive new business customer acquisition across our suite of products.
Build agency relationships. Establish and nurture relationships with key agency groups to support long-term growth and partnerships.
Collaborate with analytics. Work closely with analytics team members to monitor results and continuously improve sales performance.
Deliver exceptional customer service: Ensure top-tier service for clients, managing inquiries and fostering a positive experience with every interaction.

Competitive pay and access to equity in the company. Typically, we offer an individual at the start of their career a salary of €52,246. If they possess a few years of relevant experience, the salary on offer tends to be between €63,965 and €143,330. Pay grows rapidly as you accumulate experience and translate it into greater impact. You can also receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, thus participating in the value creation we achieve together. If relocating to Italy, you may enjoy a 50% tax cut.
