Position

Job responsibilities

• Management of accounts payable and general accounting;
• Verification of VAT registers and general ledger;
• Monthly accounting closures;
• Issuing of sales invoices;
• Support to the manager in the development of new company projects;
• Inter-company reconciliations;
• Supplier reconciliations;
• Analysis of accounting accounts to verify the correct allocation of company costs;
• Fixed asset management;
• Accounting and reconciliation of boutique revenues;
• Other administrative activities

Profile

• Degree in Economics, Business Management or Accounting Diploma is a requirement
• Previous experience in similar roles
• Curiosity, precision and attention to detail will complete the profile
• Full proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SAP
• Fluent in English, other languages will be considered a plus
