In this role, you will:
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for our trading platform, balancing user needs, market opportunities, and business objectives
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conception through launch and optimization
- Collaborate with trading desk, engineering, and design teams to translate complex trading requirements into intuitive product features
- Drive data-informed decisions through market analysis, user research, and performance metrics
- Manage stakeholder relationships across trading, technology, and business teams
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in fintech or trading platforms
- Demonstrated experience in delivering successful digital products at scale
- Understanding of financial markets and trading concepts (equities, FX, or crypto)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes
