Tooling and Molds Engineer

Job Description
• Managing molds build projects and operating worldwide suppliers till molds arrival to Arkal production sites (characterization of the molds, accompanying the design and production of the molds with the molds builders, injections, optimization of the molds and the process, implementation in the Arkal production sites).
• Engineering documentation of the work processes in the relevant systems.
• Compliance with quality goals and project schedules.
• Providing engineering solutions to all engineering teams in the company.
• Checking the design of the plastic products for production-Feasibility, support for the planning and development team in product design.
• Participation in design reviews in front of the customer concerning aspects of product design.
Requirements
• Mechanical/plastic engineer by education - asset.
• Depth understanding of plastic injection molds: design, production, operation and Injection - mandatory.
• 3-4 years' experience with mold manufacturers and injection molding in Israel and around the world.
• English - speaking, reading, writing at a high level.
• Experience with Cimatron - a definite advantage!
• Willingness to field work, Hands-on.
• Willingness to travel abroad.
