Solution Architect

You’ll be the bridge between our product, sales, and engineering teams and our external partners while working closely with the founding team, helping to align and execute our technical strategy. This high-impact role requires a self-starter who can work independently, thinks strategically, and is ready to make a difference in a fast-paced environment. This role based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Deep technical understanding and ability to become a technical go-to-person for customers and prospect technical calls (Bonus for background in engineering).
3+ year of experience ideally in a Solution Architect, Customer Success or sales engineering role at an Saa S B2B software or technology vendor (Bonus for Cybersecurity experience and understanding) Strong project management skills, enabling you to effectively plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong attention to detail Excellent customer communication and presentation skills (ability to clearly articulate to different audiences and bring the message across in a concise, professional and compelling manner) Proficiency in leading both executive meetings and technical workshops, demonstrating confidence and expertise. Ability to effectively listen and truly understand the customer needs, even if they're not effectively articulated, and find sustainable solutions Must be very well organized and able to work effectively in a nimble and fast-paced environment Effective problem solver, shows ownership and wants to see issues resolved Experience working with customers on B2B SAAS (Advantage for Security understanding) Ability to travel when required
