The Active API Security Testing product shifts security testing earlier in development. This enables automated vulnerability detection during coding and CI/CD stages. This ensures APIs are secure from development through deployment, reducing risks and accelerating delivery.
Partner With the Best
You will be part of a dynamic team focused on creating secure, scalable backend systems while embedding security into every stage of the development process (Shift-Left Security). We are looking for a developer who can help design and implement secure APIs, integrate automated security testing, and support development teams to catch vulnerabilities early.
In this role you will be:

• Designing, developing, validating, maintaining, releasing, and operating backend services using Node.js and Type Script
• Taking end-to-end ownership of your projects, from design to deployment, ensuring high-quality, reliable solutions
• Collaborating closely with the product team and contributing to product-wide decisions
• Leading the development of major features, working cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless integration
• Writing and maintaining technical documentation related to requirements, design, and architecture
• Working in an Agile environment, rapidly delivering new product features, and incorporating customer feedback

Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:

• 3+ years of backend development experience and a B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with building backend applications using Node.js and Type Script
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and inter-service communication
• Experience with relational databases and writing optimized SQL queries
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Be Familiar with frontend development concepts like web frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular
• Have the knowledge of API security best practices and a good understanding of API vulnerabilities
