We are looking for a Salesforce Implementation Manager to join our innovative team, make a real impact and drive enhancements in our recently launched Salesforce org and optimize our Business Applications. The ideal candidate will be a technical Salesforce whiz and will take business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and build them seamlessly.
This is a hybrid position in our Tel Aviv and Jerusalem offices (attending the JLM office at least once a week is required).
This position will report to the VP Operations.

Requirements:

To be a Salesforce Implementation Manager at Fullpath you need to have:

• Excellent English and strong Hebrew skills
• 5+ years experience in Salesforce Implementation/Business Applications/Solutions Architect/Salesforce Manager or similar role
• 3+ years experience in a Saa S environment in a role/department related to the customer journey (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, etc.)

The personal competencies you need to have:

• Strong technical background and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex connections, automations, and their interrelationships
• Effective time management and task prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
• Highly process-oriented with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience collaborating with various departments and teams
• Fast learner, highly Saa S and tech-savvy
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

What you will be responsible for:

• Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs.
• Design and implement complex Salesforce workflows, processes, and reports, navigating and connecting various custom objects and 3rd-party system integrations.
• Provide guidance and support for Salesforce integrations with third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.
• Stay updated on Salesforce features and best practices, recommending improvements and upgrades.
• Oversee Salesforce training and the development of documentation including system architecture, user guides, and training materials.

The top candidate will also have:

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Jira
• Past experience with the implementation of a full solution/core CRM module or other core system in an organization
