We are looking for a Sales Coordinator That will handle the following:
Requirements:
Function:
Global Sales
- Managing and coordinating visits of the customer portfolio manager.
- Handling customer inquiries.
- Distributing information to customers related to shipment tariffs, schedules, new shipment methods, etc.
- Producing customer activity reports.
- Handling correctors in coordination with customer service.
- Sending price quotes and agreements to parties inside and outside of the organization.
- Coordinating a land transportation price for cargo with the relevant agent.
Requirements:
- Academic education – a must
- 2-3 years of practical experience in Back Office sales - a must
- Mastery of the English language
- Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, Excel (macro-level) and Power Point in particular
- Good knowledge of the shipping industry-an advantage
