We are looking for a Sales Coordinator That will handle the following:

• Managing and coordinating visits of the customer portfolio manager.
• Handling customer inquiries.
• Distributing information to customers related to shipment tariffs, schedules, new shipment methods, etc.
• Producing customer activity reports.
• Handling correctors in coordination with customer service.
• Sending price quotes and agreements to parties inside and outside of the organization.
• Coordinating a land transportation price for cargo with the relevant agent.

Requirements:

• Academic education – a must
• 2-3 years of practical experience in Back Office sales - a must
• Mastery of the English language
• Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, Excel (macro-level) and Power Point in particular
• Good knowledge of the shipping industry-an advantage
