About The Role
As a Field Operation Agent at Remitly, you will Manage and accompany the field sales operation process.
This position is a field position that requires daily travels.
Responsibilities
- Achieving monthly sales targets - convert cardholders to money remittances.
- Field meetings with potential customers.
- High level sales and service skills.
- Working in collaboration with the Back Office team.
- Multitask between different communication channels.
- Provide answers by identifying problems, researching, and guiding the customer through the correct steps.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Sinhala and English –Mandatory.
- Driver’s license - a must.
- Flexibility in working hours is required.
- Experience in making sales meetings.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in all MS Office products.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Hebrew – an advantage.
