Key Responsibilities
Forecasting and Visibility
- Develop, manage, and improve revenue and production forecasting methodologies to enhance precision.
- Perform business analysis of sell-through (ST) and inventory data to validate and refine forecasts.
- Participate in the pricing committee to define and adjust pricing strategies.
- Manage, maintain, and communicate price lists internally and externally across business lines.
- Prepare and analyze monthly sell-through, sell-out, and inventory reports, including actionable insights.
- Generate and present sales reports to management on a monthly and bi-monthly basis.
- Support the sales team with relevant reporting and data.
- Collaborate with the VP to develop Quarterly Business Review (QBR) templates and content.
- Develop and maintain sales procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage customer warranty buyouts, credits, and claims processes.
- Act as the sales team representative and focal point for cross-departmental communication.
- Oversee the adoption and optimization of BI, CRM, and other systems to support sales efficiency.
- Manage price list migration and updates in the Priority system.
- Adjust and maintain current platforms and systems to meet evolving business needs.
- Plan, execute, and manage sales campaigns from concept to completion in collaboration with marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance and ensure efficiency.
- Maintain and communicate the sales campaign calendar.
- Manage distributor rebates and incentives.
- Conduct quarterly market share analysis and industry dashboard updates.
- Provide analytics and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
- Oversee the order placement and fulfillment process, ensuring alignment with company KPIs.
- Enhance system efficiency and automate order fulfillment processes where possible.
- Manage discount mechanisms in the Priority system.
- Lead and mentor the sales operations team, fostering skill development and efficiency.
- Plan and monitor department, regional, and individual sales staff KPIs.
- Oversee sales compensation plans and ensure transparency.
- Actively participate in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process.
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales operations, data analysis, and process management.
- Strong proficiency in BI tools, CRM systems, and enterprise platforms (e.g., Priority).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in campaign management and pricing strategy development is a plus.
