Munters Israel is looking for Tier 4 Technical Support Specialist
Job Description
- Maintain and support customers that are using operating programmable controllers
- Remote and hands-on support
- Working with R&D and engineering department on product troubleshooting and improvements
- Solving technical problems across multiple technologies

The job is in Petach Tikva offices
Education and Experience Required:
- 2 years of experience with customer support – advantage
- Education and experience in computers, networks communication, IT and electronics - must
- Linux knowledge is an advantage
Knowledge and Skills Required:

Team player

Fluent English is a must. Other languages are an advantage

Ability to work on multi-disciplinary equipment within a complex environment

High Troubleshooting capabilities to diagnose complex technical problems
