Project Administrator
About Us:
Wind Turbine Engineering Ltd is hiring a Full-Time Project Administrator to join our team at our headquarters in Rathangan, Co. Kildare. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to support key renewable energy projects in a fast-paced environment.
Purpose:
The Project Administrator will provide vital support to the project management team, ensuring efficient organisation and tracking of all project-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage reporting documents submitted by site teams.
Log daily reports into the appropriate project folders.
Review daily reports, recording safety observations, tooling issues, and other key matters in a project tracking Excel sheet.
Report headline issues to the project management team daily.
Log all other site documents into the relevant project folders on a daily basis.
Contact site Lead Technicians to follow up on missing or delayed submissions.
Assist the project management team with the organisation and mobilisation of projects.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and other office software.
Strong computer skills.
Strong organisational skills.
Attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Previous administrative experience preferred.
Willingness to learn.

Additional Details:

Start date: ASAP
Applicants must be able to travel to Unit A3, Acorn Business Park, Rathangan, Co. Kildare, R51 R763, Ireland.
This role is open to hybrid working arrangements.
