Your role

Are you keen to learn and drive transformation of People processes for an industry leader? We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Analyst (focus on SAP Success Factors) to join our People team. You will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and support of Aer Lingus People Systems. You will play a crucial role driving innovation for our HR processes, engage and work with stakeholder to deliver excellent HR processes.
Your responsibilities include:
System Configuration and Customization:
  • Configure SAP Success Factors modules to align with business requirements
  • Deliver end-to-end system solutions, from requirements gathering to delivery
  • Support development of integrations with other HR systems and applications, in partnership with internal IT function
System Support and Maintenance:
  • Provide timely and effective support to end-users, resolving issues and queries.
  • Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
  • Support regular product Releases, evaluate functionality and support adoption of new features to deliver business value
Project Implementation & Implementation support:
  • Support implementation of the People Systems and engage with the business, external and internal partners (IT, Finance etc.) to ensure successful functionality development
  • Establish and develop processes, technical standards, best practice for systems maintenance and data integrity
  • Participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go-live.
  • Lead or contribute to system implementation projects, including data migration, testing, and training.
Data Management:
  • Manage data integrity and accuracy within the SAP Success Factors system.
  • Oversee data migration and integration processes.
  • Develop and maintain data quality reports and dashboards.
Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR processes
  • Recommend and implement system improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to optimise workflows and data flows.
  • Deliver technical training to HR teams and support adoption of People Systems across the organisation
Your qualifications and key criteria
We are looking for an individual with experience / qualifications in the following areas:
  • 3-5 years experience with configuration and maintenance of SAP Success Factors
  • Product certification in Core HR & Absence module and / or at least one of these other:
  • Compensation, Reporting, Security, Integrations or equivalent practical experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with data migration and integration tools.
