REQUIREMENTS

• MSc in life science or other/relevant degree. Additional degree in adult learning or change management preferred
• > 10 years of international experience in Capability Development and Organizational Design
• > 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry (preferably Regulatory Affairs)
• Strategic thinking, practical hands on execution
