REQUIREMENTS
- MSc in life science or other/relevant degree. Additional degree in adult learning or change management preferred
- > 10 years of international experience in Capability Development and Organizational Design
- > 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry (preferably Regulatory Affairs)
- Strategic thinking, practical hands on execution
- Change Management
- Instructional Design, Training methodologies, organizational learning
- Systems thinking, RCA
- Performance consulting
- Influencing skills
- Facilitation skills
- Learning IT (LMS, LEP, Design software)
- Experience in Knowledge Management implementation
- Strong IT and AI skill
