Key Responsibilities
As a Facility Manager, you will take charge of all aspects of facility operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for our employees and clients. Your leadership will drive excellence in service delivery and operational effectiveness.
As our Facility Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing facility operations, including maintenance , repair tasks, landscaping, and janitorial services, in collaboration with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
- Performing regular facility inspections , preparing detailed reports , and ensuring safety and compliance .
- Resolving client inquiries and maintaining strong, professional relationships.
- Handling vendor relationships, including training vendors on work order and billing processes.
- Reviewing financial reports, analyzing variances, and driving operational improvements.
- Managing operating and capital budgets, processing invoices, and implementing cost control measures.
- Supporting ad hoc event planning and coordination tasks as required.
- Contributing to organizational goals by performing other duties as needed.
- Planning and executing office moves, additions, and space optimizations.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
We are looking for a proactive professional with:
- Experience : 1-3 years of experience in facility management or related fields.
- Education : A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Mindset : A customer-centric approach with exceptional communication skills.
- Organization : Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Certifications : Facility Management certification is a plus.
