Key Accountabilities
- Review transactions proposed for payments to ensure compliance with the internal controls & procedures.
- Manage and execute payment processing through the bank portals for our international entities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in our Global Delivery Centers and internal teams, including AP, AR and GL to ensure accurate and timely payment processing
- Monitor payment schedules to optimize cash flow
- Assist in the reconciliation of bank accounts and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Address payment queries and support audit requests.
- Analyze payment processes for efficiency and recommend improvements.
- Collect data and contribute to preparation of regular Cash Flow reports
- Develop, update, and maintain standard operating and desktop procedures.
- Participate in relevant projects including testing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in treasury or payment processing.
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills
- Advance Excel skills
- Familiarity with bank portals
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
