Job Duties:
To sort and file all incoming documents in appropriate files, bring up to the attention of related officers and maintain the file movement through the Barcode system;
To maintain the General Registry’s e-mail account, arrange e-circulation and filing
To assist in the preparation of file disposal exercise, including but not limited to stock-taking and categorization of files, typing of filing list, checking of physical files and assisting in the logistics of disposing files;
To assist in data input, clerical duties and consolidation of general returns;
To maintain a bring-up register for all general files and loose minutes and arrange periodical and regular circulation of documents; and
To perform any other duties assigned by senior officers.

Job Requirements:
Level 2 or equivalent[Note (1)] or above in five subjects including Mathematics in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE)[Note (2)] , or equivalent; or (ii) Level 2[Note (3)] / Grade E or above in five subjects including Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)[Note (2)], or equivalent;
Able to meet the Chinese word processing speed of 15 words per minute and the English word processing speed of 20 words per minute;
Knowledge in application of common business software, i.e. Microsoft Office Word and Excel;
At least (2) years of full time working experience in the Disciplinary Services of the Government or other Government Departments, i.e. officers who served at civil service / non-civil service contract positions before or retired from the Government. Preference will be given to officers who had worked in the Disciplinary Services of the Government before;
Speak fluent Cantonese.
Salary Offer $17,000
Note (1): For the purpose of this quotation exercise, “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in HKDSEE are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects in HKDSEE.
Note (2): The subjects may include Chinese Language and English Language.
Note (3): For the purpose of this quotation exercise, ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 is accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 2’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.
